The Lincoln County Health Department seeks a strategic and collaborative Public Health Director to lead countywide public health programs and operations. Reporting to the Board of Commissioners and Board of Health, the Director oversees a 15-member team and a $2 million budget, ensuring effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, fiscal management, and emergency preparedness.
